A thoroughly entertaining evening was had at The Majestic on Saturday night when three very talented young performers thrilled the crowds with their lively and fun musical theatre inspired production.
Katie, Joe and Mimi put their best foot forward sharing some familiar songs from well known shows such as “Wicked” “Les Miserables” and “Little Shop of horrors” plus some you may not have heard often from “Into the woods” “Matilda” and “The last five years”.
The way the trio involved the audience was great and I loved the interactive element of being able to vote for your favourite performer to share their solo. This was done by a mobile phone and QR code so it was a great way to have an influence in the show.
I think this production was excellent in the way it combined a screen and visuals with strong vocal performances, the sets were minimal because the voices and acting stole the show and were all that was needed.
We had a fantastic evening and could definitely see any one of these phenomenal performers on the West end or Broadway one day.
