Glorious! follows Florence’s journey as she prepares for her concerts, builds an unlikely friendship with her accompanist, Cosme, and defies her critics to follow her dreams.

Dubbed ‘the worst singer in the world’, Glorious! is the true story of American socialite Florence Foster Jenkins, who was known for her flamboyant costumes, enigmatic performances and decidedly off-key voice.
Starring Wendi Peters (Coronation Street) as Florence Foster Jenkins and Matthew James Morrison (EastEnders), as Cosme McMoon this show really has the audience doubled over in laughter as well as having a lot of heart.
One cannot imagine anyone but Wendi Peters playing the role showing her acting and versatility on stage with definitely no wrong notes in her performance (well maybe just the singing 🎶)!!

I think one cannot fail to be taken in by Florence and her story and her partnership with Cosme was stunning and it made for a very entertaining night at the theatre indeed.
Glorious may not literally hit the right notes on stage but certainly the production was thoroughly enjoyable with Wendi Peters being so watchable and dynamic on stage it warmed the audiences hearts thoroughly.

Leave the ear plugs at home and tune into this wonderful production packed with humour and joy 💞
