Starring Strictly Come Dancing’s Joanne Clifton (Shrek the Musical, The Addams Family) as the fierce yet fabulous Velma von Tussle and making her directorial debut is Hairspray royalty Brenda Edwards in this shiny production of the well known musical.
There is so many amazing things about this show and we thoroughly enjoyed watching it, from snazzy dance numbers to the most emotive performance of Motor Maybelle’s solo I have ever listened to what a voice Michelle Ndegwa has, flawless.
The whole production was thoughtfully put together and created with joy and pizazz. The dance numbers were sizzling, the costumes and styling exquisite and we were left in awe!
