Now it’s not often I really see a show that gets the audience on side from the get go but if anyone can have this effect then the Crooners can! The charismatic trio thoroughly entertained the audience with some sharp numbers from the swing era along with some hilarity too!
Christmas has been long associated with some music classics such as The Christmas song made famous by the amazing Nat King Cole, Have yourself a merry little Christmas by the legend Frank Sinatra, Have yourself a merry little Christmas by Tony Bennett and Happy holidays from the talented Bing Crosby but it’s unusual in this day and age to see performances like these great performers of yesteryear. In this show the sparkle is restored and there is an air of wonderful nostalgia but plenty of tongue in cheek humour to go alongside it.
With the Crooners Christmas special this magical era is redefined but also modernised for new as well as older audiences to enjoy. This appealing and charming production will have all ages experiencing festive joy and fun with plenty of well know songs you’ll be singing and dancing along to.
Certainly the actors have stunning vocals and along with the live band really brought back an amazing atmosphere which delighted the captivated audience.
